Role Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Finance Manager to lead our Finance and Insurance (F&I) department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive finance and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, understanding the needs in the ultra highline space. You will play a key role in helping our customers secure financing options, protecting their investments, and enhancing their ownership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their financing needs and present suitable options.
- Prepare and present financing contracts, warranty options, and insurance products.
- Work closely with financial institutions to negotiate loan terms and secure approvals.
- Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Monitor F&I department performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Train and mentor sales staff on F&I products and processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a Finance Manager at a California highline dealer.
- Strong understanding of F&I products, financing processes, and dealership operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.
- Deep knowledge of DMV and CDTFA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient within the CDK environment.
